Are you a digital marketing professional that is looking to take your skills to the next level? The Website Marketing Manager is responsible for global web content updates, maintenance and strategy. This roll will support team objectives by ensuring web content is user-centric, on brand, timely and relevant. Responsibilities are both strategic (engaging business partners to develop short and long-term strategies) and tactical (working within our content management system (CMS), SiteCore, to make content updates).

The Website Marketing Manager is also responsible for analyzing web behavior for our websites and apps. This person will have the technical skills to implement tracking tags and report on user behavior driving analytics insights. They will also serve as subject matter expert for all technical aspects related to our website, web analytics and technical search engine optimization (SEO).

* Oversee and advise on all content on our web properties. This includes understanding how the content fits into an overarching strategy, final approvals and responsibility for all live content, SEO recommendations, website lead routing and analytics.
* Responsible for website content organization, production, processes and loading into CMS (SiteCore). Create and improve processes, intake templates and ensure service-level agreements (SLAs) are met.
* Serve as primary technical resource for website, landing pages, interactive components and app management, strategy and deployment.
* Develop and sustain a detailed, up-to-date content production calendar and accurately report on the progress of content production updates, working with multiple stakeholders including the Corporate Marketing team.
* Employ robust test and learn strategies and processes to allow larger scale deployment of learnings to maximize ROI, including developing and implementing A/B testing strategies and provide post-test analysis of A/B tests (from hypothesis creation to influencing creatives to identifying success metrics).
* Solid understanding of technical SEO for global sites, including canonical and hreflang tags to ensure web properties are set up and maintained in a manner that drives SEO efforts.
* Synthesize information from web analytics, usability testing, A/B testing, changing business goals and emerging web content practices to continually optimize content effectiveness and discoverability.
* Manage and understand Adobe Analytics configuration and settings to ensure accurate and actionable interpretation of analytics data for dashboards and monthly reporting. Track conversion points and interpret data to increase effectiveness. Be liaison between website structure and analytics set up.
* Oversee website tagging utilizing Adobe Launch tag manager to ensure we are accurately tracking web traffic and conversions. Coordinate web tags and tracking parameters to ensure proper implementation.
* Assist with website behavior and customer experience analysis through insights from analytics.
* Ensure visuals and content are on-brand and align with web style guidelines.
* Assist with QA/testing of webpages.
* Keep up-to-date with industry best practice and monitor competitor websites.
* Manage external agencies, partners and 2+ offshore employees.

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or related field.
* 5+ years managing global corporate B2B websites.
* Proficient with CMS/web publishing tools (SiteCore and WordPress).
* Proficient in front-end development: HTML, CSS, JavaScript and JQuery.
* Understanding of PHP.
* Proficient with Adobe Analytics (certification required). Implementation and management of analytics tags with a tag management solution (Adobe Launch). Experience with Google Ads and paid media tagging and analytics.
* Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects/deadlines across various stakeholders, with extreme attention to detail.
* Experience in advanced web analytics methodologies such as experimentation and testing, competitive analysis, surveys and market research.
* Using strong analytical skills to provide insights as well as recommendations for changes and convince key decision makers of business benefits of the proposed solutions.
* Ability to analyze customer behavior using available data to influence ideas for high value website changes.
* Inventive, perceptive self-starter capable of adapting quickly in a fast-changing environment
* Understanding of web design/development concepts and processes.
* Experience in website information architecture and page layout planning.
* Experience with creating and managing production schedules, wireframes, and requirements documentation.
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Advance Excel experience preferred.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills, comfortable presenting report findings and materials in group setting.
* Reliability and the ability to work independently without constant supervision.
* Familiarity with basic image optimization.
