Seeking an experienced web developer to create and manage resources in a content management system. Duties may include hosting documents, creating HTML emails, creating/updating Bootstrap-based HTML pages and creating feedback forms. As an experienced developer, you may be asked to lead technical discussions, train entry-level developers and contribute to documentation.

The following skills are required for this position:

- 3+ years of experience in a web developer role
- Proficiency in creating HTML documents using XHTML, modern HTML, CSS and JavaScript
- An intermediate understanding of the Bootstrap framework
- A intermediate understanding of jQuery
- Experience using Adobe Photoshop
- Experience in developing with server-side template tags (JSP preferred)

The following skills are not required but are desirable:

- Experience using Adobe InDesign
- Experience using Adobe Illustrator
- Previous experience in creating user feedback forms
- Experience using JSP and server-side Java
