Job Summary

That’s why we’re looking for an outstanding VP of Marketing Operations and Digital Demand Generation to manage our end-to-end digital marketing efforts, campaign optimization, and reporting. The VP of Marketing Operations and Digital Demand Generation will play a leading role in Company’s digital acquisition, engagement, and retention efforts, and will have a direct impact on Company’s growth and revenue goals.
Here’s What You’ll Do Day-to-day
Demand generation
- Fill the sales pipeline and accelerate the velocity of prospects
- Partner with and provide expertise to the BD team on demand gen programs and approaches.
- Manage the buyer’s (and influencer’s) journey. Understand our buyer personas. Ensure that we are reaching and engaging with all of our prospects.
- Optimize our approach to lead nurturing.
- Partner with Sr Product/Brand Marketer on content and more broadly with other teams to ensure digital campaigns achieve business goals
- Develop and execute a comprehensive, integrated digital marketing strategy
- Implement inbound and outbound campaigns incorporating email marketing, SEO/SEM, social, video, blog, affiliate, web, digital events, etc. to generate and convert leads. Identify and test new methodologies.
- Segment audiences and optimize campaigns to increase effectiveness
- Understand analytics, measuring ROI, and communicating results
Marketing Operations
- Define, create, map, and document key marketing processes
- Implement a marketing automation platform
- Partner with tech team to optimize integration across platforms
- Analyze marketing and sales data to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for optimization
- Monitor and maintain data quality within the marketing database in partnership with sales operations team
- Own and manage a variety of technology, data, and service vendors. Evaluate new technologies and add-on applications to improve and optimize marketing team performance
- Identify and integrate new data sources
What We’re Looking For
The right core skills
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in B2B marketing operations and demand generation
- Experienced in digital marketing strategies, best practices, and technologies, including email, social media, websites, blogs, etc.
- Experienced in digital sales, including omnichannel programs and implementation of marketing research insights
- Advanced experience with web CMS and digital marketing tools to optimize automated marketing and lead generation efforts, using platforms such as Google Analytics, AdWords, marketing automation platforms, CRM tools, etc
- Ability to develop and execute high ROI digital marketing programs

It’s admired, but not required if you have any of the following
- Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, marketing, or related field
- Experience in B2B finance or technology industries
