Description

As VP of Marketing, you will be a pivotal member of the leadership team and will lead our growth efforts in 2019 and beyond. You will be responsible for developing and executing a lead generation strategy to deliver results across the marketing and sales funnel while hitting target metrics, including leads, pipeline, and high ROI across multiple channels. You will achieve immediate and long-term high-growth revenue goals that will make a big impact on our business. You will have a great deal of influence in the shaping of our marketing organization.

At Company you will:

  • • Act as a thought-leader and change-agent across all aspects of marketing: Communications, Demand Generation, Product Marketing and Creative Services
  • • Lead a team of marketers to drive key business metrics including leads, MQLs, SQLs and Opportunities
  • • Collaborate with the Executive and global business development team to develop a marketing plan and strategic initiatives to achieve quarterly and annual marketing goals
  • • Develop brand communication strategies that reflect the vision of Company that result in integrated marketing executions
  • • Continuously develop and evolve our brand to differentiate and elevate Company within the Contract Management Industry
  • • Successfully use analytics, market research, communication, advertising, public relations, and digital marketing to generate profitable leads
  • • Analyze lead acquisition channels and cost to acquire a customer across various channels. 
  • • Refine and optimize marketing campaigns continuously
  • • Responsible for creating and executing data driven marketing tests to optimize marketing strategy
  • • Lead all marketing projects including launches, collateral, customer communications, online campaigns and multimedia
  • • Manage the strategy and creation of all branding, website content, public relations, social media and marketing campaigns

About you:

  • • 8+ years experience with SaaS companies with a widespread knowledge of the full marketing stack and in-depth knowledge of demand generation. 
  • • 5+ years of experience in a leadership role, building and managing a marketing organization with superior ability to recruit, retain, and motivate our existing team and future talent.
  • • Experience partnering closely with sales leadership and an understanding of the connection between marketing, demand generation and revenue growth.
  • • A demonstrated history of being a team player, and desire to jump in and get your hands dirty as needed.
  • • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • • Good mix of quantitative and creative skills. Be very comfortable with numbers and metrics and at the same time can get and drive the big picture
  • • Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing or a quantitative field
