General Responsibilities

  • Lead Company’s marketing & brand strategy by working closely with the SVP, Sales & Marketing, while managing the marketing budget
  • Own the Company go-to-market marketing strategy, value proposition, and marketing roadmap, based on customer and FMC industry insights
  • Lead all marketing initiatives including digital media, social engagement, strategic partnerships, measuring and improving online engagement, SEO, SEM, email marketing, account targeting/ re-targeting, marketing automation etc.
  • Identify and support marketing content for social media purposes (customer videos, customer case studies (stories), blog posts and posts from analysts
  • Drive testing, reporting, optimization and analysis of vertical sales channels & cross sales to identify key sales levers and opportunities for improvements
  • Collaborate with customers, vendors/ agencies and OEM brands to ensure that Donlen is properly represented on 2.0
  • Develop and execute the eCommerce and broader Digital Ecosystem strategy, inclusive of web and mobile app experiences that maintains our service commitment and aligned with our brand tone and voice
  • Influence the digital channel content strategy in support of key sales, product, program and brand priorities
  • Collaborate with CE to provide insights to customer experience marketing and account growth and retention opportunities.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of current and emerging mobility trends in digital marketing, mobile marketing, technology, leasing & fleet management, electrification and eCommerce
  • Define metrics and analyze campaign success, track and forecast user growth and engagement with the Regional/ Strategic fleet and Canadian sales teams
  • Manage a team of Marketing Specialists to optimize distribution of campaign assets to maximize ROI
  • Be the digital gate keeper of the Donlen brand experience

Essential Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field. MBA preferred
  • Extensive marketing experience with a focus on B2B marketing. Minimum ten (10+) years in a sales & marketing role. Digital marketing experience preferred
  • Innovative, entrepreneurial-minded marketing leader impacting sales growth, digital and brand experience, while targeting B2B customers
  • Experience in leasing and/or fleet management with responsibility to drive traffic via SEO, SEM, paid media, social, and email channels
  • Knowledge of providing website solutions, supporting marketing team to develop URL updates, wire frames and back-links
  • Ability to comfortably interface with all levels of management and the ability to communicate cross-functionally in a structured and clear manner, influencing others
  • Logical thinker, able to synthesize knowledge, data and experience to develop and communicate solid conclusions and recommendations
  • Proven track record of marketing growth success in a FMC or related environment
  • Data-driven combined with creative thinking, with the ability to translate data into successful marketing strategies
  • Strong desire to be constantly learning about new digital marketing and product trends within the global marketing space to help shape the business growth
  • Outstanding ability to think creatively, strategically, and identify and resolve problems
  • Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere
  • Ability to clearly and effectively articulate thoughts and points
  • Excellent communication & relationship building skills
  • High level of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation
