User Experience Designer
Contract: 5+ months
Location: Boston, MA (REMOTE)

Duties:
Our ideal candidate is a UI/UX Practitioner that is responsible for enhancing customer satisfaction by improving the usability, accessibility, and pleasure associated with a product in a way that is attractive and convenient for users. The preferred candidate enjoys creating interactive programs that enhance a customer's experience with a brand and facilitate an enjoyable experience using various forms of digital and web media. UX designer will also be required to have a demonstrated experience working closely with developers and transfer the brand's strengths and personality seamlessly throughout the interface of a product.
As a User Experience Designer at client, you will be involved in product development, from brainstorming ideas to ensuring design quality. Using your full range of user experience design, visual design, and user interaction design, you will craft insightful data-driven products that deal with complexity in an elegant way.
Individuals who enjoy bringing abstract concepts to life and working with a team on creative initiatives tend to perform well in the position of a UX designer. The preferred candidate will be adaptable and creative. Description:
client has recognized the importance of an Enterprise Privacy, Data and AI Governance program and we are looking for a skilled and highly motivated individual to join this Enterprise Privacy, Data and AI Governance team within the Enterprise Technology Experience organization. Data plays a key role at client , and as such, our privacy, data sourcing and governance program plays a critical role in client success. In this role, have a strong analytical capability and be able to partner with stakeholders to understand their needs. You will use your skills to provide subject matter expertise, which contribute to the strategic efforts of the team. The team embodies a culture of working collaboratively, cross-functionally, and using new technologies all in support of a culture of innovation and collaboration.

Objectives of the role:
• Use recent studies and findings to establish best overall practices, User Experiences and advocate for multiple user types
• Conduct competitive analyses of other websites that operate in the same space
• Prototype and conceptualize designs to accurately convey project plans to product owners, delivery leads and architects
• Create surveys for research through various media platforms to gather feedback on user's ease of use and satisfaction interfacing on company websites and products
• Ownership of holistic design of custom web-based applications that support decision-making
• Analyze customer responses and website data to examine high traffic web pages and determine why certain webpages perform better
• Enhance user experience by creating seamless navigation through various digital programs and interfaces within the company
• Combine interface design concepts with digital design and establish milestones to encourage cooperation and teamwork

SKILLS:
Basic Qualification:
• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web development, Graphic Design or related field is essential.
• 3-5 years of demonstrated experience in creating and implementing UX design
• Conduct testing of sample applications, websites and software to assess user experience and ease of use and design
• Gathering information from stakeholders and users to identify the problem and successfully translate these requirements into designs and prototypes
• Superior knowledge of all Adobe products, including InDesign, Design and Prototyping Software (Sketch, InVision, etc.)
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment to create top-performing interfaces for clients
• Continued education and research into UX trends and current design strategy and technologies
• Professional written and interpersonal skills when communicating with customers and clients
• Ability to prioritize and manage several milestones and projects efficiently
• Account for challenges using problem-solving skills and seek to optimize data for the best possible outcome
• Experience creating storyboards and website mapping
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS and comparable languages a plus

Education
• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web development, Graphic Design or related field is required
