JOB SUMMARY
The Spectrum Senior Manager of Marketing & Creative Strategy is responsible for the strategic development, oversight and execution of effective advertising strategies and tactics to drive company growth. Manage advertising campaigns and projects from inception to completion, including post campaign analysis and summary report. This position is also tasked with managing programs to positively impact consumer/customer perception of Charter's brand. Emphasis is on improving the development of new customer relationships, and reinforcing benefits to maximize upsell and retention.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

International Marketing
Oversee all aspects for ideation, execution and implementation of monthly marketing campaigns for international segments (inclusive of Chinese, South Asian, and others)

Assist in the development of the go-to-market strategy, and overall marketing plan, including brand, online, and direct tactics

Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and implement segmented campaigns across channels to improve multi-touch campaign effectiveness

Develop testing plans for different customer segments to optimize customer acquisition and upsell programs

Mobile
Oversee all aspects of MCM DM, email, Radio, DRTV, Brand campaigns. Develop and execute evergreen campaigns as well as launch quarterly campaign across target segments

Develop a cross-functional marketing strategy on how to acquire, up-sell, engage, retain, and win back Mobile customers, and execute the programs along with the team

Analyze performance, develop weekly performance reports and provide program improvement recommendations based on learnings

Develop targeting, segmentation and lifecycle strategies that improve KPIs

Optimize direct marketing programs by testing new hypotheses and identifying strategies that deliver actionable insights

Create and enhance online/web programs through partnership and coordination with online team, developers, engineers, designers, and partner agencies

Report on weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reporting metrics

Write marketing plans to present to senior management

SMB
Partner with Marketing and Creative teams to plan and execute all aspects of customer acquisition programs.
Guide marketing communication strategies to ensure that marketing campaigns are aligned with MCM strategy and integrated into appropriate communications and marketing channels and plans (i.e., website, bill media, etc.).

Collaborate with marketing intelligence team to create a detailed mapping of customer key segments and grow the HOB universe

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Skills /Abilities and Knowledge
Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
Must possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate
ideas and feedback in a constructive way
Must possess a high-level of proficiency in PowerPoint and all Microsoft Office applications
Possess advanced knowledge of marketing principals
Ability to efficiently manage resources and prioritize tasks
Ability to think creatively and strategically
Ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
Ability to manage and motivate team members

Related Work Experience
7+ years: Industry experience in consumer technology or related industries
Experience in managing major advertising campaigns

Education
Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, business, communications or related field.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Skills /Abilities and Knowledge

Related Work Experience
Experience in managing traditional and online/social media planning a plus
Experience in brand management a plus

WORKING CONDITIONS
Office environment
