Compensation: $65000.00 to $75000.00 yearly

The Creative Group is seeking a Social Media Specialist in the East Bay! Main responsibilities will be end-to-end management of leading social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, Snapchat, LinkedIn, etc…

The Social Media Manager will also assist in monitoring and reporting on industry & competitive trends, campaign initiatives, and community optimization.

Responsibilities:

- Create and maintain content calendar for all social communities
- Directly responsible for creation of social media content (both self-made and sourcing from 3rd party agency partners), including copywriting, sourcing image, video and other visual assets (both company-owned and user-generated), and editing assets for optimal social format
- Posting relevant content in accordance with content calendar
- Develop and implement paid social advertising campaigns
- Maintain detailed history of paid campaign results and regularly share results with marketing leadership
- Oversee testing of various offers and creative
- Oversee spending and payment of media buying agencies
- Identify and partner with key social media influencers to heighten visibility of brand across social channels.
- Identify through research, social tools, and agency resources the most active and relevant fans/followers who can serve as paid/unpaid influencers. Champion the creation of brand ambassador program across the franchise network
- Assist with creation, conception, and presentation of cross-channel social media strategy and integrated marketing campaigns (at both corporate and local level)
- Develop and implement company-wide Social Media Policy and Guidelines
- Champion the implementation of network-wide social media management tool
- Maintain detailed history of paid campaign results and regularly share results with marketing leadership
- Oversee testing of various offers and creative
- Oversee spending and payment of media buying agencies
- Identify and partner with key social media influencers to heighten visibility of brand across social channels
