Under managerial direction, apply knowledge and experience of audience motivation, social media trends, and web-based technologies to develop, launch, enhance and manage online user communities. Assist in leading and coordinating project based work and analytics as it pertains to Firm’s presence through all social media outlets to both candidates and clients.


  • Assist in the creation and execution of social media content calendar, including curating external content and writing engaging original content with a strong brand voice for social media channels and platforms.
  • Keep pace with social media and internet marketing industry trends and contribute creative ideas on how to leverage social media to help optimize and achieve business and communications objectives.
  • Promote Kforce as an employer of choice across social media channels through sharing content such as employee community outreach and involvement stories, employee testimonials, culture, and reputation management.
  • Monitor online conversations about Kforce, seek opportunities to create external engagement and provide prompt response to inquiries and comments through social channels.
  • Communicate with team and management on project development, timelines, deliverables and results.
  • Seek and evaluate potential opportunities for partnerships with external vendors and emerging technologies.
  • Develop and maintain a content library including photos, videos and other collateral to leverage as part of Firm’s digital strategy
  • Measure and manage analytics, reporting and dashboards to maximize the social and online experience for all audiences.
  • Create and deliver training Firm-wide on best practices, policies and procedures regarding all social media outlets under guidance of the Social Media Senior Manager.
  • Actively builds up talent communities for current and future internal hiring needs in the Field.
  • Attend social media events, functions and industry conferences as required.
  • Serve as a thought leader in the social media and recruiting space. Maintain relationships with industry thought leaders and core employee contributors.
