? Writing copy that fits the tone and style of sports voice on social ? Building relationships with industry influencers that support our vision ? Designing, organizing and reporting on social media campaigns like contests, takeovers, and live videos to grow social following and engagement ? Engaging our community of followers while creating new relationships ? Create, plans and leads effective marketing campaigns to build audiences for our brand ? Aligns with external content and distribution partners to design and execute co-marketing campaigns ? Track programs and identify trends in the marketplace creating and implementing the most effective means of illustrating results ? Staying up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications ? Build and schedule all social paid media content across platforms along with reporting on results and providing ongoing optimization based on results ? Metrics driven. Seeks continuous improvement of marketing efforts to increase quality and productivity ? Collaborate with internal team members, vendors and guests to create, innovate and integrate social media campaigns in support of products, brands, and marketing initiatives that are engaging, build community and drive traffic ? Strategize, implement and analyze social media ad campaigns to extend reach, improve KPIs and increase ROAS ? Stay current with new advances in social media marketing, best practices and the competitive landscape to identify potential challenges and opportunities in the short and long term ? Provide recommendations on innovative ways to use social platforms and digital content to tell stories, interact and build community and drive engagement and traffic with the specific platform audience ? Support other digital projects as needed ? A Bachelor's degree ? 5-7 years of relevant work experience ? Integrated marketing experience at an entertainment company (TV, Studios, Sports League) ? Background in digital, subscription, direct-response, retention and/or performance-driven marketing highly desired ? Research and analytic analysis experience with a solid understanding in Google Analytics. ? Content marketing, email marketing, list management, marketing automation experience critical ? Technically savvy; willing to learn and embrace new technologies quickly ? Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, basic proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop and InDesign) ? Excellent oral and written communication skills ? Works well in fast-paced and changing environment
