An immediate opportunity exists for a candidate with solid experience leading full life-cycle projects specializing in social media analytics, to join our team. Due to an unprecedented period of growth, we have a LONG TERM CONTRACT position opportunity in the SAN JOSE, CA for a SOCIAL MEDIA METRICS ANALYST.

We are seeking a highly motivated Social Media Analytics Project Manager to join a dynamic team that strives to change how our enterprise client approaches the ever evolving digital social world. The selected resource will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating multiple projects across high visibility programs related to social data and social media listening. This person will be expected to interact with multiple teams to capture requirements supporting solving business needs while delivering better and more meaningful metrics that can guide future strategy implementation.


- Self-starter who can take concepts, define success metrics and distill them into documents and actions
- The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in social media and/or digital marketing and thinks outside-
- Strong knowledge and understanding of social media for B-2-B companies
- Solid analytical skills are required, as well as, the ability to communicate professionally with high-level stakeholders,
in both verbal and written formats.
- Proficient in variety of social media tools such as Domo and Sprinklr are REQUIRED. Experience with Dynamic Signal, knowledge of Radian6, Tableau, BlueKai and/Eloqua are helpful but not required
- Support projects and work across fast-paced groups in large corporate environment


- Translate technical requirements into business requirements, this activity may include streamlining the right metrics
to report on into automated reports for specific or generalized team analysis and consumption.
- Provide project management support for large social data efforts
- Create and deliver well-written documentation support to advance projects forward
- Develop knowledge of target audience segments by social channel and customer segment
- Coordinate multiple, ongoing projects, including progress and status reports to senior managers and various

-Sprinklr; no less than 3 years experience with report building expertise
- Little Bird: lessen the social noise, bubble up the core of the social user feedback
- Social Listening; understand and value the insights then set recommendations in place
-Visual Insights: bring the numbers to easily visualized sets of information to boost strategic plans
-Data Visulaization dashboards
