Responsibilities

  • Assists Director of marketing in designing and implementing a social media strategy to align with business goals
  • Engages with key stakeholders across multiple digital channels with a customer focused orientation
  • Creates and publish relevant, original, high-quality content.
  • Implements tools to manage content.
  • Creates and executes on a content editorial calendar to manage content and plan specific, timely marketing campaigns.
  • Promotes content through social advertising.
  • Monitors SEO and web traffic analytics
  • Collaborates with other teams including client partnerships, sales, and customer service to solicit and understand marketplace dynamics and ensure brand consistency
  • Communicates with followers, respond to inquiries in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviews and all comments
  • Stays up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
  • Oversees social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout)
  • Develops and executes on social media marketing campaigns and develop benchmark metrics to measure the results
  • Analyzes and evaluates social media strategies
  • Monitors trends in social media
  • Monitors the activities of main competitors in social media
  • Monitors social space for brand and related topics and conversations
