An immediate opportunity exists for a candidate with solid experience in social media channel development and management, to join our team. Due to an unprecedented period of growth, we have a LONG-TERM CONTRACT position opportunity a SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER.

Responsibilities:

The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing Social Media strategy to increase online presence, brand awareness and contribute to pipeline development.

The ideal candidate is a social media-savvy professional with a proven ability to excel in an extremely fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will:

Build and maintain the social channels, with a focus on Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram

Align with marketing team around priorities and collaborate with internal stakeholders to execute content and campaigns

Lead social strategy for larger content campaigns including events and product launches. Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content. Oversee day-to-day management of campaigns and ensure brand consistency

Manage the blog and editorial calendar. Monitor and respond to customer inquiries across social channel as needed

Define social media best practices, governance, metrics and KPIs to measure the success and impact of social efforts across channels

Analyze social media campaigns/programs and help optimize/improve content and performance

Measure monthly channel and post-performance, sharing insights and best practices with the marketing team. Incorporate optimization strategies, analyze data, and research the best ways to increase traffic.

Requirements:

BS/BA degree in marketing, general business or related field

2+ years proven work experience as a Social media manager

Knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram

Proficiency using WordPress and Sprinklr or similar multi-posting social media tool

As a Social media manager, we expect you to be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends.

Excellent copywriting and communication skills

Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)

Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics

Knowledge of online marketing channels

Experience with content marketing in a B2B environment preferred.

Ability to create compelling strategies, execute on ideas, measure results, and communicate clearly across all levels in the company including executives, product marketing, and communications teams.

This position is 100% remote enabled. Candidates located in the Raleigh, NC area preferred.
