Project and Social Media Coordinator

We have an immediate need for an energetic and detail-oriented team player to help us manage our online community and user engagement efforts as a community platform manager for a global program. The ideal candidate will have experience managing the backend of a community forum, ideally Lithium, and have project management experience as it relates to community platform development.

Responsibilities Technically maintain current Lithium-based community platforms, including but not limited to site hierarchy, permission, content maintenance and migration, and management of all Lithium-based community process documentation Serve as the main technical contact and interact directly with forum vendor and/or third-party developers for all technical matters related to the platform Project manage platform improvements and regular platform updates.

Engage and coordinate daily with program managers, program marketing teams, content strategists and other cross-functional partners Pull & analyze success metrics Curate data and community reports Process documentation creation and management Train and support remote vendor operations team

Experience with the Lithium community platform Experience with Google Analytics Experience troubleshooting, escalating and resolving issues Strong writing and analytical skills (advanced candidates will be given a brief assessment) High attention to detail Good intuition and attitude, high energy (enjoys interacting with people) Must be able to read, write and speak English, fluently and idiomatically Experience creating process documentation and best practices Background in site analytics and reporting on key business metrics
