Do you have passion for the Social Media, Digital Marketing, and Branding industry? Are you a social influencer with an outgoing personality? If so, you might be the ideal candidate for a Social Media Coordinator position within our company!

Our Social Media Coordinator is responsible for providing Social Media support to our field representatives. This includes educating, training, monitoring, and providing initial account set up. This position is also responsible for monitoring and scheduling audits of social accounts, creating and reviewing corrective action plans, and maintaining related data records. This individual collaborates with our Digital Marketing, Branding team and members of the company to deliver a positive and successful digital presence for our company.


Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provides initial Social Media set up and continued support/training for new offices as well as those requiring additional support
  • Conduct and track regularly scheduled audits of Social Media pages as to identify potential areas of improvement
  • Create corrective action plans for compliance violations when necessary
  • Stay up-to-date with changes and new developments related to Social Media as to provide valuable information to company users

 

 Required Skills:

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

  • Must have strong project management, critical thinking and analytical skills, as well as an ability to work autonomously
  • Strong follow up, attention to detail, and ability to execute projects from conception to completion
  • Ability to investigate/research information needed for projects and present analysis and solutions to management
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills with ability to prioritize multiple assignments in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to communicate with all levels within organization, including senior management


Required Experience:

  • Education & Work Experience required
  • Experience working in Social Media type marketing including minor video editing
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Mac and PC
  • Must be able to learn new technologies and become the power user
  • Some Travel Possible
