Join our Media Buying & Advertising team and help connect people with opportunity. You’ll be part of ensuring job seekers are aware of all the opportunities Integrity and our clients have to offer across the United States.
You’ll need experience in Social Media Advertising, ability to interpret, analyze and adjust to metrics and performance on social platforms.
You’ll also need to LOVE data management, reporting and performance analysis and make recommendations to hit our budgets and benchmarks.
This role can sit in any location in which we do business in the United States.
Here’s what you’ll do:
Tasks and Ads Manager:
- Launch and track all sourcing ads in Facebook Ads Manager, Snapchat, Twitter, and other social platforms as needed
- Update and manage our job postings to ensure alignment with budgeted spend and intensity levels
- Monitor intensities and thresholds, reconciling budgets for finance
- monitor spend aid performance analysis, and hitting or exceeding our benchmarks/KPI’s.
- Analyze & Interpret monthly metrics to better strategize and enhance audience reach/ad performance
- Daily audits to strategize and enhance audience reach/ad performance, including feedback and recommendations to adjust budgets, messaging, spend, A/B test
- Budget resolution leveraging the Facebook platform
- Monitor progress, activity, comments, performance and reporting back to Sourcing
- Ensure all ads are running in accordance with the role needed and adhering to market specifics, any creative requirements (client or Integrity specified) and brand voice
- Coordinate with Marketing to remain aligned to overall digital strategy
- Work with Creative to create & circulate refreshed ads for all sourcing campaigns (or drive client-requested updates for refresh/new materials)
- Ability to conduct A/B testing and report back on variants with recommendations
- Ensure budgets are aligned and spend is on pace to effectively support through the duration of campaign time period
- Amplifying messaging via posting in local social media groups and connecting with market-specific centers of influence to share our opportunities as needed
Media Planning
- Daily monitoring of market intensity for multiple locations throughout the US
- Ensuring all requests are updated daily
- Ensuring ad copy and creative is aligned with each client’s current need (need fluctuates)
- Monthly budget reconciliation (edit billed cost)
Requirements:
- Experience in marketing/social media analytics
- Familiarity with data entry platforms
- Experience with FB Ads Manager and other social posting platforms
- Community Management Experience
- Experience in budget reconciliation
- Social Media Marketing experience a plus
- Copy skills (social copywriting)
- HS Diploma or GED required; College degree preferred
