As the Senior SEO Manager, you will lead technical audits, analysis and recommendations for site improvements that follow search engine optimization (SEO) best practices and meet strategic business goals. This role ensures conversion-based architecture for all websites and continual optimization based on data and reporting. This includes a focus on conversion rate optimization (CRO), usability testing, and search engine optimization (SEO) to ensure user needs and experiences drive website development, architecture, taxonomy, and content; as well as ensuring brand consistency and best practice implementation across all digital platforms.


• Develop and implement effective SEO strategies that drive conversions and provide best customer experience.

• Develop and implement holistic user experiences, web capabilities to drive the digital experience and improve user engagement throughout the acquisition funnel.

• Drive performance metrics, monitoring and reporting, prioritization of projects, budget management, and supervise the design, development, and execution of the web strategy as they relate to CRO and SEO initiatives.

• Implement new microsites and landing pages, recommends optimizations, managing the site releases, QA, and documenters while ensuring sites are brand compliant, fully optimized and are cross-platform, cross-browser, and cross-device compatible.

• Advise all stakeholders on the direction and improvements for web pages and collaborate with creative team on design and layout to evolve the web strategy.

• Lead A/B and multivariate testing and conversion rate optimization strategies to continually improve web conversion rates and user experience.

• Partner with the SEM/PPC team on establishing testing roadmaps, prioritizing implementations, identifying insights from tests and iteration opportunities, and communicating insights to the rest of the organization.

• Conduct keyword research, market research, and competitive intelligence to inform digital and content marketing strategies.

• Monitor desktop and mobile keyword rankings for multiple websites, identifying challenges and opportunities.

• Recommend and coordinate the implementation of on-page optimizations including metadata, internal linking, and content optimizations.

• Recommend, implement, and validate technical SEO best practices including site speed enhancements, schema markup, XML sitemaps, and addressing crawling and indexing issues.

• Enhance landing page capabilities and develops, tests, and launches leading site experiences to connect to media strategies.

• Monitor performance metrics, optimizations, and reporting KPIs to executive team

• Leverage analytics and metrics to identify areas for optimization, improvements in messaging, creative and design.

• Assess the digital landscape and industry trends, share new ideas and learnings with internal teams, and bring innovative thinking to maintain a best-in-class digital strategy.
