• Manage all facets of organic and paid search strategy and execution, including planning, keyword and content development, audience targeting, campaign execution, and budget management.
• Have expertise in optimization recommendations, including structure and targeting improvements, bid types, keyword expansion, and creative testing.
• Proactively identify areas of opportunity and take action to grow and improve efficacy of our search program.
• Monitor auction insights, campaign performance, and consumer behavior to analyze data and draw actionable insights that can be leveraged across all digital channels.
• Track KPIs to assess performance, optimize, measure, and report against organizational goals.
• Autonomously manage budget allocation.
• Work in tandem with other Digital Marketing and Creative team members to ensure all digital marketing programs are aligned.
• Stay current on emerging trends, new technology, best practices and competitors to constantly evolve our digital paid search capabilities.
