Summary

Our Client is looking for an experienced, passionate and creative Content Manage. You will be responsible for developing and implementing our content in order to increase our online presence and improve our patient engagement efforts.

Our Client is a market leading biotechnology business based in the South Bay Area.

Description

  • Develop a content marketing strategy that drives brand awareness
  • Develop consumer facing voice that is consistent with our brand
  • Collaborate across functions to deliver an effective content marketing strategy
  • Create, write and produce compelling and relevant consumer content that supports products and drives thought leadership (blog posts, whitepapers, infographics, patient stories, videos and social media posts)
  • Lead content creation, review, and publishing of marketing materials, emails, newsletters, landing pages, videos, webinars, infographics, blogs, etc
  • Track key market trends` and competitive messages to influence the content creation strategy

Profile

  • 5+ years of marketing experience
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
  • Skilled in client engagement, written communication, thought leadership, website, digital and social media, proposal development, public relations, market research, client relationship management, and measurement and analytics
  • Demonstrated knowledge of resource management, including an expert knowledge of the online media space with regard to healthcare products
  • Excellent knowledge of tools like Marketing Cloud and Google Analytics with the ability to identify, develop and track KPIs to drive informed decision making
  • Ability to manage and supervise a group of contractors
  • Excellent knowledge of social media best practices
  • Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
  • Familiarity with WordPress
