KORE1, a nationwide provider of staffing and recruiting solutions, has an immediate opening for a Salesforce Architect. You will be a core member of the IT Sales Applications team. You will help assist with development efforts in supporting our growing ecommerce platform and driving sustainable innovation. You will help assisting us in system architecture efforts to support our growing ecommerce platform and driving sustainable innovation. In this role, you will work with the team to leverage your Salesforce technical skills to provide sustainable system structure.

What You Will Be Doing:
  • Define conceptual and technical architecture and design for Commerce Cloud Solutions considering best practices, IT landscape, and technology trends.
  • Participate in Workshops and Solutions for eCommerce (B2B) Strategy
  • Recommend and assist on data migration strategy, considerations, and appropriate tools to use Experience in technology transformation, design principles, integration patterns, and development guidelines. Contribute to the rest of the team and help knowledge transfer of the Commerce Cloud platform.
  • Configure and develop eCommerce proof of concepts, working demos and solution accelerators on Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
  • Ensure all development is thoroughly documented, go through the proper testing processes, and meet high level design requirements e.g. code coverage, SFDC development design patterns.
  • Understand the design consideration and trade-offs when working within the SFDC platform and dealing with large data volumes.
  • Work closely with the Salesforce architect and functional leads to understand the business needs and objectives.
  • Ensure all development is thoroughly documented, go through the proper testing processes, and meet high level design requirements e.g. code coverage, SFDC development design patterns.
  • Support integration with key technologies (Oracle EBS, Integrated SOA Gateway, etc.)
  • What You Need:
  • At least eight years of proven experience developing Salesforce applications using the latest front-end technologies including jQuery, Bootstrap, Aura Components, CSS3, HTML5, Lightning Web Components
  • At least three years of proven experience developing on Salesforce CloudCraze (B2B)
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce object architecture and comfortable creating new objects and solutions that are elegant, scalable, and visually appealing
  • Experience in utilizing REST, SOAP API calls, building and consuming custom web services on the Salesforce Platform
  • Experience developing Single Page Applications (SPAs) using JS Controllers, JavaScript MVC Patterns, and Visualforce
  • Knowledge of Continuous Integration/Continuous Development best practices and tools including, but not limited to: Jenkins, Git, Docker, ANT, SalesforceDX, AutoRabbit, etc.
  • Ability to articulate to stakeholders the value of recommended approaches and solutions
  • Ability to translate between technical and business language and to explain concepts and complex topics in relatively simple terms
  • Able to exercise discretion and independent judgment
  • Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Must have a passion to learn new things and research the latest Salesforce releases
  • Deep exposure of information systems, business processes and measures of success
  • Ability to be engage in various levels of application development including interaction with product managers/end users for requirement analysis, system analysis and design, system testing and integration, implementation and documentation required
  • Experience in Agile Scrum delivery framework preferred
  • Solid understanding of software development life cycle models as well as knowledge of both Agile and traditional project management principles and practices
  • Experience in building relationships with people at a variety of levels
  • Experience in applications integration to other third party applications
  • Experience in generating process maps for front-end related business processes
  • Ability to articulate to stakeholders the value of recommended approaches and solutions
  • Excellent time and project management skills
  • Able to exercise discretion and independent judgment
  • Outstanding analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving skills
  • Strong understanding of the ITIL framework
  • Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or demonstrated equivalent education and relevant work experience
  • At least 8 years of IT specific experience related to analysis, development, testing, or equivalent experience acquired by serving as a key business SME on IT initiatives
  • Minimum of 8 years of knowledge and experience working on enterprise applications and web development
  • Required: Minimum Platform Developer I Certification
  • Preferred: Platform Developer I & 2 Certification. Commerce Cloud Certification, or willing to take Commerce Cloud Certification. Handlebars JS Experience
