Description
We are seeking two flexible, fast-learning and compassionate individuals to provide administrative and front desk support to one of the most publicized tech companies of 2020. Both of these openings require full-time availability , 9:00 to 5:30; Monday through Friday - where you will perform a variety of advanced clerical and special projects for a group of talented coders.
Work Setting: A spacious office with a truly tech-driven vibe located at 1355 Lynnfield Road - where a leading provider of IT infrastructure services and support solutions helps enterprises maximize various technology.
Receptionist (Front Office) Pay Rate: $18.25 per hour (starting, non-negotiable)
Administrative Assistant Pay Rate: $18.70 per hour (minimum, starting)

The admin will act as the first point of contact to the coding staff on any office needs in addition to:
- Monitoring the IT teams performance to ensure they meet daily goals.
- Resolving meeting conflicts and handle reschedules to accommodate more urgent, time sensitive requests.
- Planning and facilitating large scale meetings and conferences including creating and distributing informational material.
- Managing calendars, responding to and send out meeting requests, and ensuring schedules are kept up-to-date and accurate.
The receptionist will work the front office, route all incoming phone calls to the appropriate individuals in addition to:
- Validating and processing monthly parking log.
- Opening, dating stamps, and delivering mail; Preparing outgoing mail.
- Responding to email, online, and voicemail appointment requests and inquiries.
- Greeting and directing clients and visitors; assisting in data entry, processing file requests.
