Job Description
Product Marketing Manager responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Develops and executes marketing and communication plans, programs and campaigns (short and long range) to create client demand and achieve organizational objectives within budget and on time. This may include creating various product marketing collateral and content such as sales documentation, product videos, website copy, blog posts, social media and print brochures.
- Constructs and manages budget and expenses related to plans, programs and campaigns including analysis and reporting for management. Tracks, measures and is accountable for the success of marketing programs and deliverables; makes adjustments as needed to achieve goals.
- Monitors industry trends, competitive environment, client/patient needs and product performance data; develops reports and provides insights to support and improve NTD Genetics product portfolio's distinct advantages.
- Assesses needs for marketing, communications and training to ensure product positioning is effectively delivered and revenue goals are met. Partners with sales, scientific, client services teams and leadership to build and improve processes.
- Advocates for the patient and "voice of the customer" to ensure product strategies, plans, programs and tactics support the brand's vision and value proposition.
- Understands the clinical utility of tests in real-world practice and evaluates the impact of messaging as well as requirements for both current and future products
- Recommends product and pricing strategies that create value/revenue growth.
- Launches products, assists with management of sales forecast and monitors product success (KPIs) to ensure financial goals are met.
- Supports sales effort at scientific conferences
- Manages or oversees relationships and contracts with third-parties, vendors and suppliers.
- Assists with long-term strategy development and product pipeline portfolio management aligned with business strategy
- Communicates effectively and works cross-functionally across teams to translate highly clinical and technical product information into clear and concise messages.
- Ensures compliance with Eurofins NTD Genetics policies, procedures, and practices, including serving as point-person in marketing communication copy approval process
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in product management or product marketing management preferably in healthcare, medical device and/or diagnostics industry.
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences (genetics, molecular biology, immunology, or biochemistry) or other technical area of study. MBA is preferred.
- Experience working in regulated environments; knowledge of QSR and Design control requirements.
- Demonstrated proficiency and knowledge in the Women's Health and/or Diagnostic testing segment. Experience with genetic testing or oncology testing is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated proficiency in business with sales acumen. Scientific and technical knowledge with the ability to understand and translate technical capabilities into benefits is crucial to drive revenue growth.
- Proven ability to work on and lead cross-functional teams; product development experience preferred.
- Knowledge of the U.S. diagnostic testing reimbursement process and U.S and European regulatory processes are desired
- Effective interpersonal skills; strong oral and written communication; demonstrated abilities in organization, prioritization and planning, goal setting, data analytics and problem solving.
- Ability to work independently, results-oriented, with demonstrated ability to multi-task; capable of managing and driving the completion of multiple competing projects
- Ability to travel 20-30% of the time.

Position is Full Time, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
