Job Description

The Product Marketing Manager, reporting to the Director of Marketing is responsible for all the physician-focused marketing deliverables associated with TruGraf® and Transplant Genomics. The Product Marketing Manager takes primary responsibility for physician-focus marketing activities, including: marketing communications, event management, content generation, graphic design and leverages PR, video and social channels to drive physician engagement. The Product Marketing Manager will drive the Company’s efforts to bring personalized diagnostics to transplant patients worldwide and to achieve the Company’s revenue goals.

Product Marketing Manager responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Develops and executes marketing for the corporate Transplant Genomics brand, as well as the strategies for the TruGraf® product brand to achieve organizational objectives within budget and on time
  • Market and customer research for new market and product requirements, interfacing with R&D and Medical Affairs for product development and clinical studies
  • Own the marketing communications via PR, Webinars, YouTube, E-comms, Website, Whitepapers, Blog, Collateral, Vablet and Social Media channels
  • Own the coordination of all physician and patient-focused conferences
  • Promote the scientific leadership of Transplant Genomics and researchers publishing with TruGraf by identifying and highlighting published studies with the assistance of the Medical Affairs Team
  • Assist the Medical Affairs and Transplant Care Team to collaborate with customers to publish research at conferences that support the marketing message and strategies of the company’s products
  • Monitors, researches and develops written reports on industry trends, client/patient needs, product performance data and competitive opportunities; provides insights, recommendations and strategy to support the Company’s distinctive competence and unique advantages
  • Constructs and manages budget and expenses related to plans, programs and campaigns including analysis and reporting for management
  • Advocates for the patient and “voice of the customer” to ensure product strategies, plans, programs and tactics support the brand’s vision and value proposition
  • As part of the Marketing Team, routinely work with Sales Team on all physician-focused campaigns
  • Promote and reinforce effective communication with medical advisors and key opinion leaders
  • Translate complex scientific and technical messages into clear and concise marketing messages
  • Assist with all aspects of product marketing, including product launch management, sales training, presentations, sales tools, competitive analysis, life cycle analysis and general sales support
  • Develop and track metrics and success criteria for all marketing programs and activities including revenue and margin targets for products and programs. Leverage Salesforce reporting and management tools
  • Other duties as assigned

  • High level of proficiency with PC based software programs


  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field required
  • 5+ years marketing experience in Transplant, Molecular Diagnostics or similar.
  • Experience with HubSpot, Web Design, Web Analytics, Social Media
  • Willing to travel up to 30%
  • Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

Additional Information

Position is full-time, Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m., with overtime as needed.  Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Framingham, MA are encouraged to apply.
