Experis has an immediate need for a PowerPoint Designer/Graphic Web Designer III and Presentation Creator Consultant for our IT Client in San Jose CA. Engagement is 12-18 monts.

Description:
We are looking for a PowerPoint/Graphic Web Designer with skills to help us create the collateral, presentations and assets that will convey our product strategy to internal and external audience. The candidate will work closely onsite in San Jose office with all levels of our IT team: from Product Managers and Technical Marketing Engineers and the IT Leadership team.
Responsibilities:
Conceptualize and create PowerPoint presentations (images, graphic assets, website graphical elements) that will convey the right message.
Converting technology related textual content into visual design formats.
Work with the Requestor or Requesting team to understand the needs and determine the scope of the activity.
Work with the Requestor and/or internal teams to obtain in depth understanding of the product and documentation requirements.
Advise the Requestor and Requesting team on a strategy to reach a specific audience.
Understand the message the design should portray, review existing and potential content, identify what can be reused and what should be modified.
Leverage our clients graphical tools and follow style guides to create images.
Review graphic assets with the Requestor or the Requesting team and acquire proper approvals.
Incorporate feedbacks from the requestor or requesting team into the final design.
Maintain version control of assets and track updates.
Organize and maintain the library of graphic assets for the team
Required Skills and Experience
Excellent creative and graphic skills across various applications.
Strong and highly advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Office Suite.
3 to 5 years of PowerPoint experience is a must.
Highly experienced in Adobe Creative Suite.
This role is more of a GRAPHICS and Presentation Creator
Have knowledge and be comfortable working in technology space.
Artistic Skills:
The graphic designer must be able to create graphic design that are appealing to the audience they are trying to reach while remaining simple and integrating in the overall graphical elements.
Communication skills: Verbal and writing communications skills are essential for this role. The candidate must be able to communicate with the IT team as well as the Leadership team to make sure that the designs he/she is creating will address their needs. He/she must be able to challenge the team to ensure that the artifacts will also convey the message they want to convey for the intended audience.
Creativity skills: Must be able to find creative ways to convey the message to the intended audience.
Organization Skills: Ability to organize work and carry on different projects simultaneously. Multitasking skills. High prioritization skills. Ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures.
