Constantly improving themselves through training, research, and learning. Is willing and ready to take one or more roles in a team and is able to switch his/her roles when required. Knowledge and well versed in available web technologies, tools, libraries, and frameworks such as (but not limited to) Node.js, React, Gulp.js, Laravel, WordPress. Reviews/understands requirements and questions requirements in a productive manner. Build out back-end functionality and our front-end websites; direct response landing pages, content sites, and email templates. Develop pixel perfect front-end code and integrate within our existing CMS (WordPress) Support our marketing teams by building out clean, scalable, and readable HTML5 and CSS3. Integration of user-facing and back end elements developed internally. Establish and follow coding standards and best practices for development. Build cross-browser compatible cutting edge websites.
