job summary:

Shutterfly is seeking a results-oriented Online Media Marketing Manager contractor to join our performance marketing team and be responsible for hands-on management of direct response display programs. This contract manager will leverage their media management experience to profitably drive direct revenue and acquire new customers for the brands.

Responsibilities for the Online Media Marketing Manager contractor:

Plan, launch, optimize, and manage the daily execution of online paid campaigns focused on driving revenue and new customers for Shutterfly, Tiny Prints and The Wedding Shop brands

Day to day management of programmatic performance marketing campaigns within Shutterfly's demand side platform (DSP)

Must have at least 2 years in a hands-on role managing online media campaigns which includes:

o Creating campaigns, placements and ads

o Optimizing performance based off KPIs

o Detailed analysis and reporting of campaign performance

o Familiarity with programmatic media ad tags and troubleshooting

Closely monitor, measure and report on campaign performance through reporting & bid and budget optimization, and A/B testing to improve the ROI of the campaigns.

Work with DMP provider and other internal teams to develop audience targeting strategies

Coordinate with internal team on creative process to develop marketing assets to support online media campaigns

Collaborate with Analytics and social media channel to develop and deploy scalable audience-based DMP strategies

Track campaign KPIs and budgets and report performance that meets the initiative-specific goals for each brand

Requirements:

Three years of Display/Online Media experience (agency or brand marketing experience preferred)

Results-driven. Be able to work to, and be motivated by, revenue targets

Proven and demonstrable data analysis skills. A problem-solver, able to analyze large amounts of data and produce actionable insight

Familiar with domain-specific KPIs such as CPA, CPC, CPM, CPV, CPI and LTV.

Comfortable working with ad technology stack across ad servers, ad networks, DMPs, DSPs.

Strong project management skills with the ability to work cross functionally with the creative, analytics, and management teams

Overall eCommerce channel ad technology experience/fluency (DPA, DCO, DSP, DMP, etc.)

Experience in other online channels such as social, search and/or affiliates a plus.

Independent self-starter; highly organized with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
