Job description

The Online Marketing Specialist is responsible for creating and implementing of the online marketing plan (within technical constraints) to increase sales and revenue of Kuehne + Nagel USA in line with the regional and corporate marketing strategy.  The Online Marketing Specialist is supervising online marketing campaigns, tracking results, optimizing content and analyzing statistics in order to achieve online marketing goals.  The Online Marketing Specialist Supports other local and regional projects if necessary.

Your tasks and responsibilities

• Support all goal-orientated and customer-focused marketing activities in line with the company strategy in alignment with the NAM Marketing Director
• Establish online marketing plan and budget in alignment with regional marketing strategy to set customer acquisition goals for online channels.
• Provide ongoing analysis and reporting of key success metrics by channel (SEM, display, CPA network, SEO) such as traffic, membership, subscriptions, etc. to keep the marketing team aware of online marketing performance trends.
• Monitor online performance of NAM country pages [US, CA and MX] and provide leadership for adoption where appropriate in order to increase relevant online traffic.
• Supports the development of online marketing concepts/landing pages/sales campaigns in alignment with corporate/regional/country targets and product (BU) targets driven by product/ service/ customer segment and industry based on identified cross selling potential.
• Develop, test and optimize  online campaigns to better target users and improve overall ROI within specific budget and technical constraints. 
• Coordination of tasks upon regional/corporate requests (official layouts, new process, tools, etc.)
• Providing trainings for CMS for new users, support for country editors. 
• Support all goal-orientated and customer-focused marketing activities in line with the company strategy and in alignment with the NAM Marketing Director.
• Maintaining and updating intranet, including internal marketing campaigns
• Handling marketing ticketing system, including task prioritization 

Your skills and experience

• Analytical skills
• Strong structural skills and ability to prioritize
• Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment 
• Self-starter & quick learner
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Self-motivated and driven, energic and pro-active person 
• Strong IT user knowledge (MS office especially power point and excel) and ability to pick up easily new software and IT tools
• Knowledge of content management systems (CMS) is a must
• Knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) is a must
• Demonstrable experience with SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ideal candidate has worked in a B2B environment within a sales team
• Minimum of  2 years job experience, digital/online marketing desireble
