We are successful within the Health and Wellness industry and looking for a full time 

Social Media Marketing Manager with exceptional Online Marketing,

Someone who is Ambitious, modern, analytical and very Social Media focused, In tune with Digital and in particular driving influencers and word of mouth with exceptional Execution skills!

In this exciting role :

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for growing and managing a highly successful  Brand in the US and around the world.

Position Summary:

Develop & implement sales and marketing plan to drive member acquisition and retention

Particular emphasis and focus on developing and driving brand digital strategies to drive member growth

Development and execution of sales and marketing plan to increase sales of products associated with brand

Develop and refine  social media strategy the brand(s) communities

Liaise with key agencies, vendors and talent on marketing initiatives

Creation and direction of key external messages for acquisition campaigns

Providing market intelligence function - monitoring and reporting on competitor

activity

Represent company in partner and agency settings, as well as industry events

     .

Key Skills:

  • 4+ years brand management experience in either FMCG or online DTC.
  • 4 years’ experience being Social Media focused, In tune with Digital and in particular driving influencers and word of mouth with exceptional Execution skills!
  • Understanding P&L and financial metrics
  • Experienced (Is certified or has been certified) in Google Analytics and E-Commerce, Ability to dig into metrics and make insights/recommendations
  • Experience managing agency relationships
  • Experience in digital market in planning, developing and implementing
  • Superior communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Highly collaborative with strong relationship management skills
  • Enthusiasm and willingness to learn and succeed
  • Preferably experience and interest in the health & wellness sector

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Key Accountabilities:

1. Develop and implement digital marketing initiatives across EDM, website, SEM, SEO, social media and mobile marketing channels to drive member growth and retention

a. Implement marketing plan and tactics (including PR) to drive member acquisition and retention

b. Measure and evaluate digital campaigns to maximize ROI

c. Manage and analyze SEO and SEM campaigns to drive member growth

d. Manage and analyze digital marketing campaigns across the digital

market including CPA (cost per acquisition) and CPL (cost per lead) deals

e. Leverage social media for each brand and platform

2. Develop a marketing and communication timeline to prospects – responsible for acquisition message management

3. Develop world class and effective marketing collateral that supports the company’s products and services

a. Prepare effective creative briefs and ensure that they are executed on time and within budget

b. Develop and manage relationships with advertising agencies; creative agencies; PR consultants and printing houses (as required) to deliver on the above within agreed budget

c. Evaluate and report on effectiveness of each campaign

4. Develop and manage relationships with digital, advertising agencies; creative agencies; PR consultants and talent to deliver on the above within agreed budget

a. Develop strategy for content and imagery for acquisition newsletters and other communication

b. Evaluate and report on effectiveness of each EDM campaign and other communication

c. Develop and implement PR strategy and measure effectiveness

5. Develop and manage key relationships in all markets

6. Develop and lead market intelligence function

a. Identify and implement appropriate market and consumer research

b. Provide monthly intelligence on competitors

c. Identify market trends and develop appropriate responses
