A large Tech Company is searching for a Marketing Specialist who has a proven track record of creating and executing social media campaigns, digital content, working on high-profile campaigns, coordinating work across multiple stakeholders, all fueled by data and analytics.

The ideal candidate is a comfortable in with new and existing internal and external digital channels (social media, intranet, blog, etc.), is fast-paced and has the ability to pivot quickly, has a heart for the customer, and leverages insights to make strategic business decisions. The contract position will be a part of the corporate communications team, representing the brand across all digital communications touchpoints around the world, including social media, online communities, internal employee-facing channels, with influencers, and the external Intuit blog.

Duties:

  • Develop innovative social media campaigns in support of Company’s strategic pillars, including high profile brand campaigns
  • Campaigns might include social media engagement, long- and short-form content, influencers, UGC, paid/organic social, content syndication, measurement and reporting
  • Help drive Company reputation and support consideration of ecosystem of products through digital communications campaigns that integrate with overarching campaign initiatives
  • Ability to optimize campaigns based on data and learnings
  • Provide strategic inputs and counsel on digital communications strategy related to large, cross-functional campaigns and activations
  • Steward channel strategy and rigorously prioritize content and channel activations based on business goals and desired outcomes
  • Coordinate content and campaigns from start-to-finish working with agencies, vendors, internal/external stakeholders, and PR, internal communications, and digital communications teams
  • Create initiatives that drive influencer participation, amplification, curation of community stories, and engagement
  • Measure and analyze data to inform campaign optimization
  • Support content manager and analytics manager with inputs to build content campaigns and reporting
  • Plug in to appropriate operational mechanisms to bring content from stakeholders to life

Skills:

  • BA/BS in communications, marketing, or digital media
  • Experience with paid, earned and owned media
  • Comfortable working in a rapid, and ever-changing media landscape
  • Master of social media usage, platforms, content, measurement, and paid and organic best practices
  • Ability to be nimble as the capability is in early stages and growing rapidly
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to make decisions based on data and human empathy
  • Passion for sharing the Intuit brand with the world
  • Heart for the customer
  • Ability to make decisions, prioritize, and work cross-functionally
  • Experience working on a master parent brand
  • Collaborative self-starter
