Job Description

Are you search-obsessed, analytical, strategic yet focused on execution and passionate about eCommerce? Lennox is seeking an all-star SEO Specialist to join our innovative digital team.The ideal candidate for this role is someone who has had hands-on experience growing traffic from organic search through on-page and off-page strategies, and is ready to hit the ground running. 

Job Duties:

  • Develop and implement SEO strategies and tactics to align with B2B digital business objectives.
  • Establish KPIs, audit campaigns, analyze and report to optimize performance.
  • Function as the team’s subject matter expert and stay up to date on industry trends on web performance, features, functionality and make recommendations for improvements
  • Create and manage timelines, perform technical website audits, review on page visits and site architecture review to ensure peak performance and speed optimization
  • Oversees the creation of comprehensive implementation plans, site tagging and data layer implementation in partnership with ecommerce and analytics team to ensure proper data collection
  • Manages regular website scans to identify tagging and site performance issues, works with ecommerce team and external vendors on resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Act as the Digital teams primary representative and subject matter expert for Google Analytics when working with the Analytics team.


  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with in-house SEO focus and expertise, including experience managing organic search for eCommerce and high traffic websites
  • Demonstrated track record of analytical ability, including strong knowledge of Google Analytics and working knowledge of SQL.
  • Deep understanding of organic search, including SEO trends and best practices, as well as pitfalls and obstacles that can hinder SEO efforts.
  • Experience in on-page and off-page SEO approaches, including both content marketing- and e-commerce-specific tactics.
  • Familiarity with working with Hybris platform, and HTML/CSS a plus.
  • Able to effectively communicate complex issues to leadership and collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve challenges.
  • Proactive, positive, self-starter attitude and ability to work independently with minimal direction/guidance.
  • BA or BS degree
