Description
Marketing Manager will oversee the promotion of our Client's company's brands. As a successful hire, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the marketing function including the development of strategies, communication, content, and other tactics to help the company achieve key goals and performance measures.
You will need prior experience with creating marketing campaigns and strategies, as well as traditional, online marketing and social media strategy.
Job Responsibilities
· Align company goals with marketing efforts
o Drive performance against key goals through effective management of internal and external resources
o Allocate marketing budgets and resources based on company priorities
o Use research, data and analytics to understand and deliver ROI
o You will assess the market trends, recommend, and define marketing strategy plans and priorities and direct associated marketing activities.
o Innovate our marketing by directing and overseeing marketing channel strategy for traditional and digital marketing channels including social, web, email, SEO/PPC.
o Identifying best practices and trends within and outside of the automotive industry to improve customer engagement, targeting and impact.
· Lead the development of content and communication plans to:
· Increase customer engagement across the brand experience
o Drive consideration to purchase among potential customers
· Support a great customer experience across all functions
o Help develop brand experience guidelines
o Collaboration with customer service team to help ensure positive experiences
o Support initiatives through communication and engagement
o Use research and data to drive customer experience
· Support sales team communication to current and potential customers
· Audit social platforms to determine the best approach based on customer experience and sales goals
· Develop strategy, create content, and manage deployment/content calendars for social and email campaigns
· Ensure the website as well as other marketing materials are up to date, adequately portray the brand and align to the business and customer experience goals
Experience/Skills Required
· Bachelor or master’s degree in marketing, business administration or similar field
· Proven work experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role
· Strong project management and organizational skills
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to relate to and work with a wide variety of stakeholders
· Ability to quickly adapt to change
