Kutol is looking for a flexible and versatile marketing professional who will be responsible for the growth of our sales channels.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Obtain market share by developing marketing plans and programs for each product and leading promotional support.
  • Coordinate new product launches by interfacing with multiple departments on new product formulation, pricing, packaging and testing.
  • Formulate effective brand strategies in support of new and existing product lines, and actuate Kutol’s overall unique brand promise.
  • Maintain relations with customers by organizing and developing specific customer-relations programs and determine company’s presence at conventions, annual meetings, trade associations, and seminars.
  • Create and execute effective communication to customers and the sales force through multiple mediums such as the company website, print, digital and social media, web-based communications, and trade shows.
  • Implement and maintain marketing automation software to track, engage, and convert potential customers to qualified leads for the sales force.
  • Assist in planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising
  • Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations to help drive business
  • Provide assistance on developing annual budgets, scheduling expenditures, variances, and initiating corrective actions.
  • Develops marketing staff by providing information, educational opportunities, and experiential growth opportunities.
  • Works in close partnership with senior management to ensure strategies and tactics are consistent and effectively executed in the field.


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field required
  • 5+ years’ strong progressive marketing experience including 2+ years management
  • Help develop company’s messaging across multiple touchpoints and sales channels
  • Proven expertise in digital marketing, brand management, brand strategy, SEO/SEM, print media, social media campaigns, etc.
  • Tech- savvy- solid knowledge of website and marketing tools (e.g., WordPress, Google Analytics, Hubspot, Marketo, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with both internal and external customers; a good listener
  • Be naturally curious- see the big picture and have ideas to “figure it out”
  • Self-starter yet be collaborative with a team
  • Innovative- bring new ideas and be flexible with others
