A TCG client is looking for a digitally-focused Marketing Manager to lead the entire marketing efforts of a two location business. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: -Experience in marketing or sales programs a plus -Experience with practice management software and word processing applications -Excellent written and oral communication skills Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Marketing Operation ? Ensures all information about customers is entered into tracking or computer system accurately; generates monthly reports and summaries for meaningful review ? Maintains and updates the customer marketing materials ? Coordinates skin care and filler promotions with providers ? Manage social media accounts and cross posts ? Manages relationship with Web designer or Web service vendor ? Increase brand awareness, name recognition, and reputation. ? Determine target audiences and develop strategies to reach ideal customers. ? Develop yearly marketing and advertising calendar and budget. ? Develop content strategy, promotion strategy, and engagement strategy for social media. ? Generate, edit, publish, share content across relevant channels on a regular basis. Set up and manage practice profile pages on relevant platforms. ? Execute digital and social media ad calendar. ? Monitor Google Analytics for prospect demographics and web acquisition sources. ? Improve SEO to drive web traffic based on analytics findings. ? Manage Google and Yelp reviews to increase visibility, credibility, and drive traffic. ? Weekly digital marketing posts ? Weekly blog ? Submit weekly marketing checklist to practice manager. Identify and secure opportunities for earned media (free press). ? Create brochures and marketing collateral inclusive of all services. ? Design graphics, invitations, flyers, etc., to promote marketing initiatives. ? Write and distribute press releases to share newsworthy practice happenings. ? Write and publish weekly blog posts for non-surgical treatments. ? Send monthly e-newsletters to existing patients.
