We have great marketing ideas, but let’s be honest – we’re just too busy and don’t know how to execute on all of them. 

If you are an extremely determined marketing coordinator who is highly creative and has a reputation of getting stuff done, you might be the exact person we’re looking for.  In this position, you will be accountable and responsible for all aspects of our marketing efforts and operations. Your goal is to grow our brand awareness rapidly and help achieve our aggressive goals and sales targets.  You demonstrate exceptional customer service and pro-active problem-solving skills. You also enjoy learning new things and are highly motivated to get things done accurately to keep the rest of the team doing what they do best.

If you are our Marketing Rockstar, you will serve in 6 main areas:

1.     Organic Marketing

2.     Social Marketing

3.     Direct Marketing

4.     Marketing Analytics

5.     Event Management (layered in over time)

You are perfect for this opportunity if you desire these key job activities:

  • Savvy with online marketing, including social media expertise (Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Advertising know-how), content-driven SEO, and Google AdWords
  • Create and manage landing pages, update website content, and liase with external website development firm
  • Geek out on marketing analytics like click-through rates, A/B testing, increasing traffic and opt-ins
  • Creative design experience, developing media kits, sizzle reels, bios, Speaker One-Sheets, etc. utilizing Adobe Suite Products and Office Products, and web-based products, such as Canva
  • Create and edit videos to use in our marketing efforts
  • Great writer with blog-writing/copywriting/ad writing experience, with no patience for typos, poor grammar, or boring copy
  • Creating and managing with a CRM tool (Infusionsoft or other unnecessarily complicated marketing software), Lead Pages, WordPress, Adobe Photoshop, Canva, MS Office & Mac software
  • Building and executing marketing plans
  • ROI-focused and being accountable for driving daily metrics to generate new leads
  • Assist planning events and assist running the logistics for our seminars and workshops
  • Plus, much more that we haven’t even thought of yet!
