Description:
Duties: Come join the QuickBooks Marketing Team as a Senior Marketing Manager leading Go-To-Market strategy for fast growing mid-market business, QuickBooks Online Advanced. In this role, you are the business leader and will develop marketing strategies that’ll launch a holistic mid-market offering, delivering value to this new customer base and revenue growth for Client Small Business Group. You’ll work across the organization with internal and external partners to develop the business model and build a world class go-to-market engine and will be part of a team managing a portfolio of software offerings.

Develop the B2B go-to-market strategy across key channels including paid media, web, direct mail, email, in-product discovery, and direct and indirect sales
Create product positioning documents, content, creative assets and sales enablement tools to fuel acquisition growth
Champion breakthrough customer insights and customer backed initiatives, and translate to how we do business across the funnel
Conceptualize campaigns targeting the customer lifecycle to accelerate acquisition, engagement, and upgrade/upsell
Develop and test various revenue optimization business models to unlock max value in the product
Track campaign impact and analyze program results to report on ROI and build future optimizations
Write concise and on-point business briefs, driving executional direction and laddering to our business goals
Build strong relationships with internal cross-functional partners including Channel Marketing, Sales, Finance, Analytics, Product, Marketing Ops as well as outside agencies and partners
Own the business outcomes and communicate regular updates to leadership through ongoing forecasting, reporting and root cause analyses
Scrappy go-getter with strong drive for action. Willing to roll up your sleeves and get it done.
Apply creative problem solving and analytic skills to provide ongoing insight into the business and make recommendations and decisions

Skills:
7+ years in brand management, product marketing and/or marketing experience required
B2B marketing experience for SaaS and/or Enterprise products preferred
Strong digital/OA and paid media experience
Experience with business strategy, data analytics, marketing frameworks and managing external agencies and internal partners.
Demonstrated ability to effectively lead cross-functional teams.
Ability to translate consumer insight and business strategies into great briefs.
Strong creative problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent verbal, written, visual/presentation and interpersonal communication skills
Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with clear examples of using data actively for target setting, measurement, ROI analysis and recommendations
Seeks out learning's & best practices to apply with their team. Helps their team make their learning ‘s explicit & shares these with other groups
Ability to prioritize and make strategic choices, specifically narrowing from a range of opportunities to highest impact near term levers
Innovative mindset, flexible thinker, ability to lead organization to learn fast

Education: -BA/BS required, MBA required
