Description

We’re looking for a growth-oriented technical marketer to design and execute on our go-to-market strategy including managing our messaging, launches, and defining our key lead gen and user acquisition channels. As our first dedicated GTM leader, you’ll report directly to the cofounder and have a chance to define our marketing strategy, own product launches from end-to-end, and operationalize our lead gen as we expand to our next stage of growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the strategy, execution, and optimization of multi-channel digital marketing programs to expand our marketing reach, increase website traffic, and drive inbound leads
  • Build and scale a systematized and predictable lead generation engine to drive aggressive growth and ROI including enabling lead flow and end-to-end reporting and analytics; define and track lead forecasts and conversion rates.
  • Generate high-quality content and sales enablement material for customers, product evaluators, advocates and channel partners including owning the editorial calendar, nurturing emails, blog, social channels, webinar program, case studies, conference speaker submissions and more.
  • Create a happy path for the customer by optimizing onboarding, landing pages, SEO, and other areas for potential bottleneck
  • Set campaign targets, program budgets, measure and report on pipeline targets and continually paid optimize campaigns to increase market share

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 yrs experience in B2B or developer product marketing, demand gen, growth, lifecycle marketing or a relevant go-to-market role;
  • Hands-on experience setting up and reporting on campaign tracking and lead qualification eg. Salesforce, Pardot, 6Sense, Qualified, SigStr, LeanData, or other.
  • Experience creating digital campaigns, email nurtures, webinars, content syndication to drive qualified conversions
  • Enjoys working with data, and balancing the quantitative (campaign success) with the qualitative (content strategy)
  • Understands lead generation best practices, industry trends and conversion optimization techniques
