LearningRx is seeking a Director of Marketing to oversee & execute marketing initiatives for its franchised and licensed systems. This person will work to maintain and advance the LearningRx brand and marketing initiatives and ensure efficient implementation of those initiatives. Qualified candidates will have experience in a broad and diverse range of marketing and advertising mediums, included, but not limited to a number of the following: brand & creative development, messaging development, print materials, direct mail, focus groups & market research, video, public relations efforts, SEO, PPC, digital marketing broadly, social media, remarketing, inbound marketing, radio, and drip email marketing. Experience working for a franchisor or licensor with multiple locations in different states is a big plus. This position is critical to the success of LearningRx’s marketing efforts and is largely focused on creating marketing materials and systems that local centers can use and implement easily. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a franchise system, and to be a part of continuing to grow the LearningRx brand into a strong national presence.

LearningRx has over 50 franchised locations in the U.S. LearningRx manages several other brands, including its international brand BrainRx, with licensees in more than 40 Countries around the globe. This position will work on marketing and advertising efforts for all brands, although LearningRx is the primary focus of the position. This person will also manage marketing personnel, including a digital marketing manager, a multi-media communications specialist, PR writers ...as well as vendors that we outsource projects to.

LearningRx provides life changing one-on-one brain training programs to kids & adults of all ages. LearningRx brain training targets and trains weak cognitive skills, the skills we all use every day to think, learn, remember and pay attention. The Director of Marketing will be part of a Home Office team based in Colorado Springs, CO. Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, management or related field preferred.

· Experience in data-driven marketing, including analysis of Google Analytics, PPC reports, A/B testing, and other types of marketing and web-based analytics.

· Strong project management skills required.

· Ability to juggle a wide range of projects, tasks and assignments at any given time without becoming overwhelmed

· Ability to provide leadership oversight to a department and proactively direct & supervise strategy.

· Experience providing marketing for a franchisor or licensor systems a big plus.

· A strong understanding of design principles for marketing required.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills, including strong presentation skills.

· Understand and have a broad experience with a variety of marketing approaches.

Nice to have:

· Experience in internet marketing, especially SEO and PPC.

· Experience managing other staff members and vendors.

· Experience in marketing strategy and branding, including creating and maintaining strong brands and providing a cohesive brand presence across all creative touchpoints.

Benefits & Start Date:

This is a full time, salaried position.

The position is available quickly, with the goal of hiring, training, and on-boarding the ideal candidate when we find the right person .

Hours are M-F, 7:30am-4:30pm

Three weeks paid time off to start

The candidate who assumes this role may start remotely, with the likelihood of working from our Home Office in Colorado Springs when that is possible again.
