The Creative Group is working with a well known skincare brand who is seeking a Director of Digital Marketing. The Essential Must-Have?s of the role are: must be a ?Jack of all Trades? in Digital Marketing, have an expert proficiency in Paid Media, Direct Response and Programmatic Display Marketing. The ideal candidate has worked at any company/organization that has subscription based consumer sales for a CPG company. Although, any subscription based experience will be considered. The Director of Digital Marketing will lead the digital marketing strategy and execution for the Company. This person will also be an analytical leader and tasked with leveraging multiple digital channels including: paid search, paid social, programmatic display, social media, email, SEO and affiliate marketing to drive full funnel campaigns. This will oversee a team of direct reports. Responsibilities Include: ? Define and manage the Company?s digital marketing strategy by developing, executing and managing the digital marketing plan, budget and analytics to deliver results. ? Be innovative in digital and social campaigns ? i.e. test out new platforms, sites, partners and creative to assist the Company in taking a leadership position in digital innovation. ? Oversee a team of digital marketing professionals. ? Assist in fostering new thinking throughout the organization. Help transform the Company into performance minded organization that is continually focused on improving business outcomes. ?
