EVO is looking for a Digital Social Media Manager who can successfully implement and grow our global online community. This individual is responsible for leading the company’s digital communication efforts and shaping the company’s social media, website, email, and intranet voice.

In this role, you will serve as a community evangelist to EVO employees, customers, partners, and stakeholders - driving brand awareness and community engagement across all internal and external social platforms.

This position is part of EVO’s global Corporate Marketing and Communications team and will be a significant contributor to EVO’s front-line communication efforts including strategy, content creation, PR, social communication, analytics, and more.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a digital content strategy that aligns with corporate objectives
  • Create and manage an editorial calendar to reinforce company messages and announcements across all social media and internal platforms
  • Curate, review, post, and distribute targeted communications
  • Oversee day-to-day community management


  • Lead efforts to create and maintain sound site navigation (information architecture)
  • Manage the core implementation team and coordinate the efforts of central content owners
  • Support intranet group owners in maintaining active communities
  • Manage the homepage to maintain a proper balance of content and tools

Social Media

  • Create, curate and promote engaging content for EVO’s corporate website and social media channels to support corporate initiatives and increase visibility of the EVO brand with targeted customers, prospects and partners
  • Develop and grow EVO’s presence and reach across social platforms, including Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook
  • Collaborate with creative team on development of creative assets across social media (Facebook timeline cover, profile pic, thumbnails, infographics, ads, Twitter and LinkedIn profiles)
  • Analyze social performance and provide key metrics to management
  • Keep up to date on advances in digital marketing best practices


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
  • 3-5 years managing and implementing intranets or collaborative software
  • 3-5 years social media experience in a corporate environment
  • Proficiency in the latest social media platforms including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn
  • Email marketing, analytic tools, and CMS publishing experience, preferred
  • Strong record of creating and managing successful social content to drive brand awareness and engage diverse audience across social platforms
  • Strong proficiency in editing and proofreading of digital content
  • Understanding of top level business strategies and organizational structures
  • Discretion to identify threats and opportunities in user generated content
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations with diplomacy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • High level of comfort with social software and other web-based technologies
  • Highly experienced with Office applications, including word-processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software
  • Project management experience
  • Strong understanding of SEO
  • Basic understanding of the components of common web technology (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
  • Effective time management skills, work effectively under pressure and set personal deadlines, while working with limited supervision
