This Specialist, Digital Marketing supports the execution of Quest’s Digital Marketing strategy.  The Specialist participates in the implementation and management of enterprise systems and processes to drive an effective, efficient and continuously improving online experience across the corporate website, Quest’s portfolio of microsites, web applications and native applications.

The Specialist collaborates with peers on the Marketing team, as well as with cross-functional colleagues, supporting the execution of digital marketing tactics and campagins across the enterprise. The Specialist will play a key role on the Digital Marketing Strategy team, which is currently engaged in a redesign of, as well as owning ongoing administration and governance of the site, and the underlying web Content Management System (CMS) on an ongoing basis. Previous experience with web site redesigns, and website management are a plus.

We are looking to elevate our website analytics and SEO programs and are looking for the Specialist to play a key role in those efforts. This includes expanding our use of A/B testing, and enhancing our understanding of content effectiveness, through an ongoing cycle of content optimization and analytics, and effective SEO, so we can generate optimal traffic, and understand how content is contributing to company KPIs, such as reducing call volume, impacting online conversion rates, and driving lead volume. The Specialist will leverage their previous web site analytics experience to analyze online statistics and identifies areas to optimize content and site performance.
The position requires the ability to drive effective collaboration between internal business partners and IT resources.

This is not an IT position; it is a Marketing position. The position reports to the Sr. Director, Digital & Content Strategy.

Support the Sr./Director, Digital & Content Strategy in the execution of Quest’s digital engagement strategy, including digital analytics, web publishing tools and processes, portfolio management, and alignment with customer journey development and marketing automation efforts.
Function as a“Power User” of the Content Management System (CMS) that runs our corporate website:
Conduct A/B testing, and leverage analytics data on KPI performance to continuously improve template and website application designs and workflows.
Manage documentation and processes to ensure vendor-supported edits run smoothly.
Add new product & service videos within the Corporate Youtube Channel.
Develop actionable recommendations based on analysis of web statistics so that content owners can understand, and leverage data to continually improve their content.
Assist with using various analytics tools to track, report, and analyze website performance, customer trends and visitor behavior.

Bachelor’s in marketing, Business, Advertising, Communications or other related discipline, or equivalent work-related experience.

Critical Know How and Skill Selection Criteria
2+ years’ experience in digital marketing, including web content strategy, development and management.
Knowledge of website content management systems (CMS) required.
Strong web analytics skills and experience required. Proven track record of turning raw data into meaningful analysis.
Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and AdWords.
Experience with A/B testing tools a plus.
Experience with SEO best practices a plus.
Fully proficient with various software programs such as Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
