Position - Fulltime/Perm Placement
**Digitial Marketing Specialist**

ROLE:
This position is responsible for providing high quality digital marketing solutions including content publishing, maintenance and measurement, SEO, social media, paid media campaign support across web sites and associated applications while ensuring strategy and tactics are aligned with the brand.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain product catalogs and content pages on Company websites. - Support product launches and promotions by creating and/or updating product records, banners and assets across sites to drive traffic.
- Work with infrastructure and 3rd party technology partners along with creative and business stakeholders to build, integrate and deploy various web applications and functionality to support business goals while adhering to development and design best practices.
- Provide project scope and timeline estimates to ensure projects are completed on budget and on time.
- Provide troubleshooting and quality control during projects and system updates to ensure usability of the web applications.
- Partner with IT to provide front-end support and troubleshooting for web projects.
- Identify and provides ongoing optimization and enhancements for existing web applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Analyze problems and recommends appropriate course correction measures.
- Assists with researching, developing and proposing new process improvements to maximize effectiveness and efficiency of digital marketing tools and programs.
- Support the creation of documentation that defines how to utilize, maintain and troubleshoot web applications.
- Work with manager to analyze data and present actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
- Assist with content management and HTML updates and troubleshooting.
- Participate in defining and implementing analytics systems that actively measure, manage, optimize and communicate the performance of the content distributed by the business verses operational objectives and strategies.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelors degree preferred in Marketing, Business or equivalent.
Minimum of 1-2 years experience.
- Hands on experience managing e-Commerce sites, Product Catalogs and Content Management Systems preferred along with Social media, Digital advertising, Agency or brand experience.
- Tech savvy with ability to conceive, develop and scale content creation using both human and technology resources.
- Familiarity working with various tools and platforms such as CMS systems, Google Analytics, Project Management tools, basic HTML, Adobe Creative Cloud, Marketing Automation platforms and Digital Asset Management software.
