This position will support the growth of CrossCountry Mortgage, Inc. by providing strategic and hands-on support for the digital/online channel. This individual should be a self-driven, well-rounded digital marketing expert with experience working on various digital platforms, including the corporate website CMS, PPC/retargeting campaigns, social media advertising and analytics reporting. This position will also manage digital ad hoc marketing requests. 

Experience and Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of Kentico CMS is required. 
• Ability to maintain and develop corporate website and landing pages within Kentico CMS.
• Assisting with requirements definition, specifications, design, development, and timelines for key initiatives
• Collaborating with marketing and design teams to manage requirements and delivery of all website assets.
• Ability to plan, develop, implement and track digital marketing programs, campaigns and projects.
• Advanced understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics and Google AdWords.
• Experience with A/B and multivariate testing.
• Strong understanding of HTML & CCS.
• Understanding of online lead integration into Salesforce CRM system.
• Experience with Salesforce landing pages a plus.
• Strong communication, writing and editing skills.
• Support leadership in the development and reporting of KPIs.
• Project management experience with a track record of meeting deadlines. 
• Ability to prioritize, organize and execute work while handling multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to create materials and communications that are compliant, meeting all industry related requirements/regulations. 
• Ability to effectively solve problems, present solutions and resolve conflicts.
• Demonstrates leadership skills, always projecting a positive attitude and promoting an environment of professional excellence and high ethical standards.
• Ability to build and sustain strong relationships with internal and external partners.
• Experience with digital and marketing analytics tools.
• Experience managing digital agencies holding them accountable for insightful reporting and actionable optimization recommendations. 
• Continuously stay abreast of digital trends and technology and make recommendation for new opportunities or enhancements to existing systems.
• Serve as key trainer for members of the digital team and point person for all digital platforms used by the Marketing team.

Education and Experience Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Communications from a four-year college or university is required.
• 5+ years of digital marketing experience 
• Experience marketing financial services/mortgage is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of mortgage advertising and marketing regulations and compliance requirements is a plus. This includes knowledge of: Section 5 of the FTC Act, Truth in Lending Act (TILA – Reg. Z), Mortgage Acts and Practices (Reg N), RESPA

Standard work hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM.
