A Cincinnati, Ohio company is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to further expand their footprint and create new, innovative marketing solutions.

 

location: Mason, Ohio

job type: Permanent

salary: $40,000 - 70,000 per year

work hours: 9 to 5

education: Bachelor's degree

experience: 3 Years

 

responsibilities:

- Define and implement new or existing marketing needs and effectively utilize and optimize all marketing channels including internet, social media, email marketing, digital/print advertising, events, etc.

- Maintain strong public relations presence through strategic messaging, community relations presence, dealer webinars, pitches and social media campaigns.

- Define and implement an overall communications plan for the business, including industry association participation, print, and electronic advertising, company website content, social media.

- Collaborate with the marketing administrator and sales team to develop/design sales, marketing and promotion and campaign strategies for different market segments.

- Enhance company success by analyzing and identifying opportunities to market existing or modified products to potential market profiles, such as near prime, deeper sub-prime, etc.

- Proactively communicate value proposition of all products to the sales team and develop or enhance sales tools that support the successful sale of products, such as sales demonstrations, marketing collateral, presentations, scripts, etc.

- Work with various internal departments to ensure consistent digital communications messaging and branding.

 

qualifications:

- 3 years of industry experience in a successful strategic marketing position.

- Bachelors Degree in Business, Communications, or Marketing.

- Track record of strong analysis skills with a focus on measurement; strong understanding of KPIs and marketing metrics.

- Evidence of superior creativity with product positioning and marketing campaigns; flawless execution of strategies including delivery on time and budget demands.

- Demonstrated advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Adobe.

- Strong track record of excellence in communication, professionalism, interpersonal, and driving customer experience through value-driven solutions.
