Description

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Digital Marketing Specialist will collaborate with members of the marketing team to develop and execute FMP’s digital marketing vision, including website projects, marketing automation, SEO, lead management, social media, and other web-based activities and initiatives.


The Digital Marketing Specialist will serve as the team’s online marketing expert, and be responsible for staying in tune with online marketing trends and new technologies; proactively providing innovative ideas for online marketing solutions that continuously expand and improve marketing initiatives in support of FMP’s business goals.


Responsibilities

  • Serve as the day-to-day lead for FMP websites – making page, content and creative updates through the company’s content management system, building landing pages, embedding forms, page and call-to-action testing.

  • Develop and implement FMP’s marketing automation strategy, serving as the automated marketing system power user and go to person for the marketing team, developing marketing assets (landing page templates, email templates, and online forms) in the system. 

  • Develop and implement email campaigns targeting current customers to increase visit frequency, sales and awareness of promotions.

  • Develop and implement a national SEO (organic and PPC) strategy to meet specific lead-generation target numbers on budget, owning the day-to-day management of paid search campaigns including keyword generation, ad copy testing, bid management, landing page optimization, budget management, 

  • Develop and implement the company’s social media strategy and oversee all aspects of social content, including writing and editing of social content, development of social media campaigns, community management, and engagement, and social advertising.

  • Understand how to measure the effectiveness of online marketing efforts – regularly analyzing and reporting on all online marketing initiatives overseen by the position

  • Serve as project manager and primary IT-facing resource for the marketing team for all digital and social media campaigns

  • Manage and evaluate external digital and social media support vendors
