The Creative Group is currently hiring for a Digital Marketing Specialist for a client in Smyrna. This is a direct hire position.

Website Creation and Maintenance
• Understand working with brand guides and brand message to create website content
• Understanding of CMS systems such as WordPress and RentCafe
• Use RentCaf & egrave; templates to create websites for apartment communities
• Use Photoshop to optimize website photo size, dimension, and “pop”
• Create & copy, SEO centric page narratives for the multiple pages of websites
• Optimize ad upload photos for distribution to Internet Listing Services
• Edit, resize, optimize community logos to fit the brand and website
• Implement Google tag manager and other code snippets on websites
• Set up Google Analytics account for each website

Marketing Systems Administration
• Manage, add, and remove user accounts for marketing systems including
• Answer help requests through our internal help desk system for RentCaf & egrave; and marketing related items
• Create RentCaf & egrave; accounts for new communities and set up RentCaf & egrave; CRM system
• Assist in ensuring invoices for marketing systems are getting paid at our properties

Marketing Evaluation and Analysis
• Evaluate overall digital marketing initiatives at a property and create reporting for clients
• Audit and correct social media and marketing pages for attractiveness, accuracy, NAP accuracy, and ease of use
• Audit and correct Internet Listings services for accuracy and lead delivery
• Generate ROI reports for properties and advise on marketing spend
• Utilize Google Analytics and to audit and improve website traffic and conversions
• Review and advise on all monthly PPC and SEO reports from 3rd party marketing vendors
Project Management
• Create RentCaf & egrave; platform for new communities
• Activate ILS syndication for new communities and work with marketing vendors to put tracking campaigns in place
• Create and Implement Marketing plans, budgets, and Marketing Calendars for properties
• Assist in special projects that involve transitions, audits, PowerPoint presentations, conversions, system roll-outs, and more
