Job Details

  • Build, implement, and manage digital strategies and goals through your online marketing portfolio
  • The ideal candidate is a data-driven digital marketer with broad skills in SEO, SEM, content marketing, and digital media (media planning, media buying, audience development, measurement, and data storytelling)
  • The Digital Marketing Manager will be a confident individual with a strong marketing background who understands the importance of developing and executing innovative marketing strategies
  • This role will monitor and track utilization, performance, and traffic analytics to optimize keyword and other online marketing efforts.
  • Lead online marketing efforts in multiple digital channels and are integral in promoting and growing the brand - - Must be creative and passionate, regularly generating new ideas to develop and grow our brand and community
  • Create, forecast and maintain key digital metric reports and dashboards for traffic and acquisition, conversion, spend and revenue forecasts. This includes analysis, monitoring and communication of digital marketing performance.
  • Partner with internal departments to ensure proper online messaging and relevancy, ensure consistency of messages across multiple networks, preparing reports to update internal teams and executives on channel growth, customer engagement and other key performance metrics.
  • Ensure online quality standards are maintained for representation of brand and message in all digital content presentation and location of ad space.
  • Manage internal and external relationships with all digital marketing stakeholders and partners.
  • Support the development and execution of segmentation and test strategies to ensure web content and digital relevance to distinct customer groups.
  • Identify, test and implement new opportunities to improve conversion and customer satisfaction online and via digital communications
  • Manage digital marketing content calendar including write project briefs, manage internal and external design and production in the development of the campaign tools and coordinate the final execution and implementation of programs.
  • Continuously tests new digital opportunities with current and potential partners.
  • Leverage email marketing to drive retention and revenue, partnering with the marketing team and utilizing database segments to improve marketing tactics
  • Build, implement, and evaluate higher funnel marketing campaigns geared towards building awareness and driving micro-conversions such as account creations, email sign-ups, email preference updates, loyalty reward membership, lead generation and product review submissions.
  • Develop performance media plans to maximize impact on traffic, ROI and revenue for both online and retail partner businesses.
  • Plan and manage the development of web content and digital marketing campaigns end-to-end, including planning, targeting, set-up, testing, execution, reporting and optimization.
  • Ensure all online marketing channels are aligned with brand marketing calendars while keeping an eye out for potential issues and/or opportunities.
