The Digital Technology Manager oversees the maintenance, development, and innovation of the school?s website architecture and the technical support of social media channels. Captures and synthesizes analytics to deliver high-quality digital campaigns for Mays. Develops a working strategy and business processes for executing SEO across all Mays websites. Manages and oversees technical architecture of digital campaigns. Supervises staff to assist with digital maintenance. Collaborates with communications, web masters, and IT teams in Mays and across campus to ensure website functionality and accessibility, consistent brand management, and innovative feature development. Required Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree or any equivalent combination of education and experience. Five years of web design and/or maintenance experience and experience in administering and managing digital communications through websites, social, and other technological media, including experience supporting digital marketing campaigns and strategies. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Excellent written communication skills demonstrating the ability to draft clear, concise documentation, reports, and specifications. Excellent oral and written communication skills Proven facilitation and presentation skills. Ability to multi-task and work cooperatively with others. Excellent project management and organizational skills with an ability to handle multiple assignments in a high-volume, demanding environment. Demonstrated ability to exercise initiative in a changing environment, communicate and work effectively as part of a team, self-motivated, exercise initiative, and put forth extra effort in getting a task accomplished. Ability to be flexible with work assignments and environments. Proficiency in WordPress administration, website analytics, social media analytics, HTML development, CSS3, and PHP. Ability to use word processing, spreadsheet, and database programs. Working knowledge of web usability guidelines.
