Position Summary:

The Global Digital Marketing Manager will develop and execute performance based digital programs that include a mix of eRetail, social media, display, and SEO/SEM advertising; track performance of digital marketing campaigns; optimize spend and performance based on identified trends and insights. They will work collaboratively with Marketing as a digital expert and a focus on our eRetail partners and Direct to consumer sites. 

The ideal candidate is someone who is familiar with the breadth of digital channels, able to develop an integrated digital strategy, and drive actions with measurable impact. This role is part of the Global eCommerce Digital Marketing team. 


  • Develop global digital marketing strategy including plans and how to measure & optimize in partnership with the brand marketing team.
  • Gather performance data for digital marketing campaigns, analyze learnings, and optimize ongoing and future campaigns
  • Partner with the Consumer Experience team to develop acquisition and retention programs to achieve defined acquisition and lifetime value benchmarks.
  • Manage day-to-day A&P budget.
  • Manage agency partners to drive results.
  • Monitor, audit and update DTC websites to optimize SEO rankings.
  • Monitor and report performance of digital marketing campaign.
  • Manage all digital marketing campaigns based on historical benchmarks and profitable ROI.
  • Collaborate with business units and customer experience teams to optimize user experience.
  • Interface with merchandising manager to develop and execute merchandising strategy.
  • Recommend effective emerging technologies relative to revenue and margin growth.
  • Partner with EPC’s traditional marketing organization to formulate and execute an integrated customer experience.
  • Contribute to Digital Marketing learning initiatives.

Required Education, Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor level degree
  • 5+ years of digital marketing experience
  • Experience working in a complex, dynamic organization and driving collaboration
  • Motivated independent, self-starter that is comfortable in start-up type atmosphere and is willing and ready to “roll their sleeves up” 

Desirable Education, Skills and Experience

  • 1+ year of experience in ecommerce
  • Experience with digital advertising & eCommerce tools is a plus (Google Analytics, Ad servers, DMP’s, etc.)
