Job Summary

The Manager of Digital Marketing is accountable for leading the development and execution of website and digital media initiatives for and its clients including: SEO, campaign development, paid search, display, re-marketing, mobile, paid and organic social, and video. Role includes creating and executing media plans, managing clients and client expectations, management of external agencies, and performance reporting. This contract position will report to the Director of Online Marketing and play an important part in driving top of the funnel lead generation.

  • Is up-to-date on the latest social media and digital news as well as best practices.
  • Has a strong understanding of campaign best practices across all digital channels, and can easily make recommendations to improve quality, volume and processes.
  • Maintains a strong working knowledge and thought leadership of existing and emerging digital technologies and platforms that can efficiently and effectively advance’s business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Website and Search Engine Optimization Management
    • Lead and manage website development and testing initiatives
    • Identify and implement innovative SEO strategies with internal and external teams
    • Manage the implementation of the content marketing strategy and the development of new content
    • Monitor, review, update and distribute key performance indicators
    • Prepare and communicate detailed analysis of website, landing page and paid media performance
    • Manage website and landing page conversion optimization testing
    • Develop project requirements and briefs for large development projects

  • Paid Online Media Management
    • Lead the planning and implementation of the online acquisition strategy for and clients.
    • Oversee the planning, execution, reporting, optimization for digital media campaigns.
    • Create and execute monthly media plans, including PPC, Display and Paid Social.
    • Manage budget and spending on a weekly and monthly basis
    • Monitors and analyzes overall search and digital marketing performance to identify, prioritize and execute appropriately on opportunities for improvement in market effectiveness.
    • Demonstrates a strong knowledge of digital channels and eagerness to continue to stay
    • Set and manage digital KPIs, analyze insights and develop comprehensive reports.
    • Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure project goals are met
    • Communicate project status, risks, and successes
    • Determine key initiatives to achieve project success
