Acadia Healthcare is looking for an analytical and creative Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our SEM/PPC (Search Engine Marketing/Pay Per Click) Corporate Marketing Team. The SEM Coordinator will be responsible for the management of paid search campaigns and delivering strong business results.

Position Characteristics
As a Search Enginge Marketing Coordinator, you will execute and optimize multi-channel, paid media buys to drive large-scale, direct-response and online customer acquisition initiatives (Adwords, Bing, Yahoo, Facebook, and other key channels. This online marketing position is directly responsible for the execution and continual improvement of Acadia's display advertising channels. You will execute aspects of paid media programs including initial planning, set-up, implementation, monitoring, analysis, and optimization while ensuring KPIs are met and exceeded. You will be responsible to identify growth opportunities, continually reduce costs, and deliver a professional and cutting edge media performance that secures the best possible ROI.

Position Summary
The Marketing Coordinator, SEM will assist with setup, research, development, management and reporting of multiple paid search campaigns.

Essential Functions

  • Helps to maintain daily operations and functioning of Paid Search platforms
  • Creates clean structures for managing keywords and targets by campaigns and ad groups
  • Assists management in research and strategy in keyword and disorder targeting
  • Monitors and adjusts bidding strategy.
  • Writes ad copy and landing page copy for paid search marketing
  • Tracks conversions from paid search through calls, Salesforce, and other Acadia data systems
  • Analyses data from paid search marketing to refine strategy
  • Works on related paid and organic marketing projects as needed
  • Assist in gathering requirements and project specifications
  • Manage project tasks, timelines, and communication.
  • Communicate project status and deliverables with co-workers, managers, and staff at Acadia facilities.
  • Record time daily.
  • Continuously strives for quality improvement by identifying and understanding issues, problems, and opportunities. Compares data from multiple sources to recommend effective approaches/solutions.
  • Other tasks as needed for successful project completion.

Experience and Education Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing, or 2-4 years relevant experience managing strategic and complex PPC & Paid Search campaigns with a history of driving ROI for the company.
  • Proven track record of planning, building and optimizing large scale, complex and successful Performance Display Advertising and Search Marketing/SEM/PPC, preferably in Adwords Marketing.
  • 1-3 years' experience in Adwords.
  • Ability to conceptualize, scope and execute projects to strict deadlines
  • Confident, self-motivated with strong, demonstrable bias for action.
